Hierarchy of the civilizations

Type 1 - controls the weather, prevents earthquakes, builds cities on the ocean, harvest the oceans, mine deep in earths crust, one nation without boundaries on earth (global village), asteroid mining, first interstellar travel, culture orbital, ringworld.
Type 2 - established colonies in neighboring solar systems, virtually immune to extinction, nothing known to science (iceages, meteor impacts, supernovae, etc...) can destroy it, colonization of nearest 100 stars
Type 3 - controls the energy of an entire galaxy, can manipulate space-time, possesses almost god-like powers, ability to survive end of universe, bring dead back to life, make instant trips to anywhere in the universe.
Type 4 - controls the whole universe, able to create other universes, extra-dimensional beings, Tiplers Omega Point is reached, omnipotence, omniscience, omnipresence, life will have gained control of all matter and forces not only in a single universe, but in all universes whose existence is logically possible; life will have spread into all spatial regions in all universes which could locally exist, and will have stored an infinite amount of information, including all bits of knowledge which it is logically possible to know.
Type 5 - controls all omniverses and the omega omni-dimension
Type 100 - controls all Godverses and God dimensions
Type infinity - controls 1% of creation
Type endless infinities - controls all of creation
Type endless omega omni-infinities = controls the entire omega omni-creation
All type endless omega omni-infinities civilization combined = all omega omni-creations is understood and controlled
God civilization = endless omega omni-infinities times more powerful, intelligent, wiser, sophisticated, stronger, and greater in every way than an endless omega omni-infinities number of Type endless omega omni-infinities civilizations combined
Omega God civilization = controls and understands all omega omni-creations and all succeeding creations imaginable and unimaginable beyond it. Have very little knowledge of the Omni-Hierarchy. Any civilization conceivable and imaginable, this civilization type is always far more powerful.
